1. Call the shop at 215-567-2972 to talk over any questions you might have regarding the guitar of your choice. 

  2. Give us your mailing address, credit card number and any special shipping instructions (You also have the option of paying by check). We ship all guitars by UPS, insured; via either ground or next-day air. 

  3. You have a three-day approval period after which, if you find the guitar not to your liking, you may return it the same way it was sent in the same condition you received it for a refund (by check) or for credit toward another guitar of your choice. If the guitar is returned and was paid for by credit card, we will deduct the credit card fee that we incur (usually between 1.5% to 2.75% of the cost) from the refund. We will mail you proof of the fee. PLEASE NOTE: the approval period applies only to guitars purchased via phone or e-mail that were shipped to the customer.
