  Thank you for making my most recent visit to your shop a very memorable one. It's just been all but a few hours since I brought my Hanika 54 home, and I've just put it down for the first time to take a break and write this email. It's so beautiful and just a pleasure to play. I'm supposed to be practicing and yet, I'm just playing my repertoire over and over again just to listen to it sing. Thank you Behrad for all your patience in showing me all the different makes and models. I didn't imagine that I would walk out with a different guitar as I had one specific one in mind. However, I couldn't be happier with my final decision. Thank you Bill for going over the advantages and instructing me on the various accessories for my new guitar. Just wanted to let you know that I received the guitar today[Picado 53]. It is fabulous and everything you state on your website. The tone, action and volume of the instrument surpass my expectations. The one thing I would mention on your website though is that the action is much better on this guitar than on many other classical guitars. This makes stretches and position changes very easy. I only wish I had known about your store and this model before I spent so much time money and energy looking in large, poorly stocked shops in my area. Your service and delivery were dead on. You can guarantee that I will tell everyone I know about your great selection of fine instruments and your store.

I would like to thank you so much for the excellent service when purchasing my new Dominique Delarue classical guitar. After talking to you on the phone last Friday, my wife and I traveled Saturday from DC to Philadelphia to spend several wonderful hours in your store. Recently, I decided to purchase a concert quality instrument and had tried about a dozen guitars; none of which really resonated with me, even though they were all excellent instruments. Let me just say that I never thought that buying a guitar over the phone/internet could be such a positive experience. The time you spent discussing the various guitars that I was interested in and the sound files that you sent were invaluable in making my decision. Certainly the next best thing to being there in person. The Giambattista is one fine instrument for sure. Everyone who has seen and played it, myself included, has been very impressed. I'm certain that the G6 and I have a long and happy relationship ahead of us.

My fingers are raw, I didn't put the model 54 Picado down since I brought it home, found myself talking to it on the drive back to Alexandria.
