Kenny HILL

These New World guitars were designed by Kenny Hill and handmade by expert craftsmen in China. Manufacturing methods and wood quality are the same as used in the home workshop in California for the Signature and Master series. These all solid wood guitars are given their final set up, adjustments and quality inspection as soon as they arrive in California.

  • Player - The sold high grade cedar top of this model gives a warm yet clear tone with plenty of depth. The fingerboard is ebony and the back and sides are solid Indian rosewood for good resonance and projection. A light lacquer finish makes the guitar gleam. A heavy duty custom case is included in the price. $1595
  • Almeria - The Almeria model is based on the design of an elegant 1885 Antonio de Torres guitar such as Francesco Tarrega might have played. It has graceful lines and a slightly smaller body than full 20th century designs. It features an Engleman spruce top, solid Indian rosewood body, ebony fingerboard and Ruebner tuning machines. It is entirely French polished. The Almeria model comes with either a 650 or 640 mm string length. Both models have clear singing trebles and well defined basses and a relatively quiet voice. $1750
  • Estudio - This model features select solid cedar soundboard, Indian rosewood back and sides, rosewood fingerboard, adjustable truss rod in neck, bone saddle and nut, fine light lacquer finish. This guitar is sold with a good heavy duty hard case included. $900
