Concert Guitars
I have selected with care all of the highest grade hand-made guitars you
are about to view and read about. Most of them come directly from
luthiers whom I have have visited in their workshops to try their
guitars and learn about their construction methods during many extensive
trips to Europe. I hope you will enjoy the photos taken of some of these
makers at work. This project has been a wonderful ongoing adventure,
affording me endless new insights into what goes into the creation of
fine instruments.
You will see here many guitars made by familiar makers and many more
from the hands of luthiers little known in the USA. I am very proud to
be able to offer the work of several of the most distinguished French
guitar makers who rank easily with the best luthiers of Spain, Germany,
Australia and America.
